ForgeFX Simulations Joins Augmented Enterprise Summit 2026 as Sponsor, Exhibitor, and Speaker

ForgeFX Simulations is heading to Augmented Enterprise Summit 2026, October 13–15 in Atlanta, Georgia, as a sponsor, exhibitor, and speaker. Join us at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis to experience our custom training simulators at Booth 214 and attend a presentation by Greg Meyers, CEO and Co-Founder of ForgeFX Simulations, on building XR training programs that scale.

ForgeFX Simulations at Augmented Enterprise Summit 2026: Immersive Training Built for Scale

Our presence at AES brings together two closely connected parts of our work: developing immersive training around complex equipment and procedures, and preparing that training for deployment, integration, and ongoing management across an enterprise.

For organizations investing in workforce development, these conversations belong together. The training experience needs to reflect the work people actually perform, while the application needs to fit the technology, operations, and learning environment that supports them. At AES, we’ll explore how to address both.

Experience ForgeFX Training Simulators at Booth 214

Visit Booth 214 to try ForgeFX simulations firsthand and meet the team behind them. We’ll demonstrate how interactive 3D and XR training gives people opportunities to practice operating equipment, following procedures, and making decisions in realistic virtual environments.

A simulation makes the relationship between an action and its outcome visible. Trainees can interact with controls, observe how a system responds, and repeat a task as they develop familiarity and confidence. Instructors can use that experience to connect a procedure with the reasons behind it.

Our booth is also a place to discuss your organization’s training priorities. Bring us the equipment that is difficult to make available for instruction, the procedure that takes too long to teach, or the scenario your team needs to rehearse before encountering it on the job. We’ll discuss how those challenges could translate into a custom simulation and what it would take to develop and deploy it.

Whether you have a defined project or are evaluating where immersive training could help, we look forward to learning about your work.

Training Built Around Your Equipment, Procedures, and People

ForgeFX develops custom interactive 3D training simulations centered on the systems our customers use and the tasks their people need to perform. That starts with understanding the equipment, the operating environment, the approved procedures, and the decisions that distinguish successful performance.

For an operator, training might focus on controls familiarization, equipment positioning, or responding to a changing condition. For a service technician, it might involve identifying components, tracing a fault, and completing a maintenance sequence. For a team, it could mean rehearsing responsibilities and communication during a coordinated operation.

Each application is shaped around its intended learners and training objectives. Lessons can introduce a task with guidance, give trainees opportunities to practice, and assess performance against defined criteria. Scenarios can also present conditions that are difficult or costly to reproduce repeatedly with physical equipment.

The purpose is to give people more opportunities to prepare for demanding work. Virtual practice can complement instruction and training on actual equipment while reducing the need to reserve machinery, consume materials, or recreate hazardous conditions for every exercise.

ForgeFX has been developing custom training simulations since 2002. Our portfolio includes access equipment training for JLG Industries, laser screed training for Somero Enterprises, mining equipment simulations for Komatsu, diagnostic imaging service training for GE HealthCare, and applications supporting U.S. defense programs. These projects bring different technical and instructional requirements, giving our team experience translating specialized work into interactive training.

Join Greg Meyers for a Practical Look at Scaling XR Training

On October 14, Greg Meyers will present “Operationalizing the XR Stack: Building XR Training Programs That Scale.” The session will offer a practical framework for connecting immersive training development with the systems and operational decisions that support its use across an organization.

Drawing on ForgeFX’s work with industrial and government customers, Greg will examine how the components of an XR training program work together—from building the simulation and selecting 3D technology to managing devices, distributing lessons, collecting performance data, and supporting deployment.

The session will connect those technology choices with workforce needs and show how to plan training that can expand across teams, locations, equipment types, and operating environments.

Presentation details:

  • Speaker: Greg Meyers, CEO and Co-Founder, ForgeFX Simulations
  • Date: Wednesday, October 14, 2026
  • Time: 2:00–2:25 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Location: Atrium Ballroom A, Atlanta Marriott Marquis

Enterprise Readiness from Development Through Deployment

For ForgeFX, enterprise readiness is part of the development conversation from the beginning. It includes how an application will meet an organization’s requirements for security, governance, integration, scalability, device management, data, and ongoing support.

Those requirements have practical consequences. A training manager needs a reliable way to make lessons available to learners. An IT team needs to understand access, application distribution, and device administration. Instructors need useful information about performance. Program owners need a plan for maintaining content as equipment and procedures change.

Planning for these needs helps an organization build a training program it can operate and continue to develop. The work includes defining responsibilities, choosing suitable deployment options, connecting with learning systems where required, and deciding what information the program should capture.

The evolution of the XR technology stack creates exciting opportunities here. More capable development platforms and enterprise tools allow us to build sophisticated training experiences faster and more affordably while addressing the requirements of enterprise software. Our focus is on using those capabilities to deliver training that customers can put to work and sustain.

At AES, visitors can explore the learner’s experience at our booth and the broader program considerations in Greg’s session. Together, they offer a practical view of what it takes to develop, deploy, and manage immersive training.
